Representation in Real Estate Cases

  • Filing and presenting lawsuits, evidence, petitions, and legal objections (before the courts of first instance, appellate courts, and the Supreme Court).
  • Conducting oral and written pleadings, drafting, and submitting various legal and judicial memoranda and correspondences before all judicial and administrative authorities at different levels (first instance courts, appellate courts, and the Supreme Court), as well as before quasi-judicial committees and arbitration panels.
  • Negotiating with opposing parties.

Legal Consultation

  • Providing written and verbal legal advice on matters requested by the client.
  • Responding to legal inquiries and conducting studies.
  • Reviewing legal documents, including contracts, agreements, regulations, and official correspondences, providing guidance, observations, and necessary amendments.
  • Drafting agreements, contracts, legal correspondences, and notices as requested by the client.
  • Advising on disputes.
  • Holding meetings with the client or their representatives.

Handling Suspended and Canceled Title Deeds

  • Full legal representation in the process of validating real estate title deeds before relevant authorities, including (as applicable):
    • The Permanent Committee for Handling Suspended and Canceled Deeds.
    • The Royal Court.
    • The Ministry of Justice.
    • The Supreme Court.
    • The competent division in the Appellate Court for deed ratification and annulment.
  • Reviewing, collecting, and submitting necessary documents, evidence, and justifications.
  • Drafting and submitting petitions, legal memoranda, and correspondences.
  • Conducting necessary follow-ups and legal reviews.
  • Providing legal advice on title deeds and related transactions.

Legal Representation in Real Estate Transactions

  • Representing clients in real estate transactions, both legally and commercially, facilitating contract execution until the deal is finalized.
  • Reviewing property title deeds.
  • Drafting and reviewing agreements related to real estate transactions.
  • Representing clients in negotiations with transaction parties.
  • Representing clients in establishing real estate investment funds.
  • Representing clients in property transfers and agreement signings.

  • Providing legal consultation on the appropriate legal structure for the company and the provisions of its articles of incorporation or bylaws.
  • Drafting the company’s articles of incorporation or bylaws.
  • Obtaining the commercial registration and necessary licenses according to the business activity.
  • Registering the company’s trademark (if applicable) with the Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property.
  • Approving the company’s internal labor regulations with the Ministry of Human Resources.
  • Drafting the family charter for family businesses.

Establishment of Hospitality and Tourism Projects

  • Representing property owners in legally and commercially structuring and executing hotel establishment and management agreements, facilitating the contracting process until finalization, while ensuring the client’s legal and commercial interests through specialized professionals.
  • Providing legal and commercial advice on strategic decisions and required agreements.
  • Assisting the client in selecting a specialized company to identify the best hotel management company.
  • Negotiating with international hotel operators and brands, both within Saudi Arabia and internationally, in Arabic and English.
  • Reviewing all contracts and agreements between the client and relevant parties.

Representation in Endowment Cases

Endowment Establishment

  • Meeting with the endower to understand their preferences, objectives, and governance priorities, while providing guidance on structuring the endowment, its assets, beneficiaries, and supervisory mechanisms in alignment with their wishes.
  • Drafting the endowment deed, detailing the endowed assets, rules for operational and developmental disbursements, charitable allocations, governance provisions, decision-making processes, succession rules, and any specific instructions from the endower. Revisions are made until final approval.
  • Officially registering the endowment with the Ministry of Justice (endowment deed issuance).
  • Registering the endowment with the General Authority for Endowments (endowment registration certificate).
  • Establishing new endowment entities or converting existing commercial entities based on the approved structure.
  • Preparing mandatory regulations in compliance with the Endowment Supervision Regulations.

Compliance Audit

  • Assessing the current legal and operational status of the endowment, including its assets and financial disbursements.
  • Issuing a detailed compliance report on the adherence of the endowment and its trustees to the endower’s conditions and applicable laws and regulations.
  • Developing a corrective action plan for legal compliance.

Legal Management of Endowment Affairs

  • Providing Sharia and legal consultations.
  • Assisting in rectifying the legal status of the endowment.
  • Submitting required reports, financial statements, and annual disclosures to the General Authority for Endowments.
  • Representing the trustee before the Authority during inspections, inquiries, and audits.
  • Filing petitions for judicial authorizations and legal approvals.
  • Serving as the secretariat for the Board of Trustees.
