Who we are?

Al-Rajhi, Al-Sudais, and Al-Suhaibani Law Firm and Legal Consultations provider was founded during the first quarter of 2021; based on the extensive expertise of its founders that lasted for more than twenty five (25) years. We pride ourselves that during the first six months of the business outset, we have successfully handled a number of significant cases and contracts; of which the value of claims exceeded two billion (2,000,000,000) Saudi Riyals.

Dr. Khaled bin Abdul Rahman Al-Rajhi

Attorney-at-Law; Arbitrator in civil and commercial lawsuits; member of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Judicial Scientific Society (Qadha); expert in litigation, consultations, endowments, wills, real estate and criminal lawsuits. Ph. D. in comparative jurisprudence from the Higher Judicial Institute.

Assem bin Abdullah Al-Sudais

Attorney-at-Law; Arbitrator in civil, commercial, and labor lawsuits; expert in litigation and consultation, governance and regulations, distribution of estates, work systems, legal training, digitalization of legal processes, as well as real estate, commercial, criminal, and labor lawsuits. Master’s degree in Judicial Systems from the Higher Judicial Institute.

Eyad bin Mohammed Al-Suhaibani

Attorney-at-Law; Arbitrator in civil, commercial, and labor lawsuits; expert in litigation and legal consultation, work systems and regulations, drafting work systems and regulations, digitalization of legal processes, administration of legal projects, services and lawsuits of companies, as well as real estate, criminal, and labor lawsuits. Master’s degree in Judicial Systems from the Higher Judicial Institute.

Yasser bin Saleh Al-Sugair

Attorney-at-Law; expert in the endowments and wills; member of the Awqaf (endowments) committee at the Chamber of Commerce in Mecca. Worked as a Shari’a and legal adviser in charge of a number of endowments in Makkah and Jeddah, supervised a number of endowments, and contributed to the establishment of a number of Endowments. Master’s degree in Judicial Systems from the Higher Judicial Institute.

Abd al-Rahman Ibn Saleh Al-Haqbani

Attorney-at-law; expert in litigation and consultations; worked as a researcher in law and Sharia among the team of the preparatory committee, affiliated to the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers, concerned with drafting judicial legislation.

Master’s degree in Judicial Systems from the Institute of Public Adminstration.

Bassam Ali Alsuhaibani

A lawyer and arbitrator, with diverse experience in the legal field, holds a master degree in commercial law, and is interested in financial, commercial and real estate issues.

Ziyad bin Muslim al-Luqmani

lawyer; practicing negotiation and civil, criminal and administrative litigation; holding Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the Faculty of law at Taibah University.

Abdulrahman Mohammed Almulla

Assistant lawyer, holds a master degree in Commercial judiciary – the Higher Judicial Institute, works in the field of litigation and consulting, corporate issues, legal project management, wills and establishing endowments (Awqaf), holds a legislative drafting advisor certificate, and a Sharia advisor fellowship.

Farhan bin Hadi al-Shammari

Assistant lawyer; holding a Master’s Degree of  in Judicial Systems from the Higher Judicial Institute at Imam Mohammed bin Saud Islamic University, a certificate of fellowship as a Sharia adviser, and a certificate of Qualified Endowment Specialist from the Saudi Judicial Scientific Society; practicing in the area of Endowments and legacies.

Anas Bin Abdul Alim al-Husayn

Assistant attorney, practicing negotiation as well as civil and administrative litigation.

Bachelor’s degree in Sharia Law from Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University (IMSIU).
